Summary
The Shobogenzo is a collection of Master Dogen's talks and essays. It covers the whole of Buddhist philosophy and practice in a consistent way, each chapter describing the same thing from a different point of view. Nishijima Roshi interprets its title, the right-Dharma-eye treasury, as an expression of zazen itself.
