Texts for e-readers
The Shobogenzo translations, the talk transcripts and the texts on Buddhism (Further reading) as e-books: everything on the site, with contents, illustrations and notes. Every new text brings a new version.
- Download a book EPUB for most readers, AZW3 for a Kindle by cable.
- Open its Contents in your reader's menu; every text is one line.
- Read only what interests you one chapter, one talk or one text, not the whole book.

How to read them
Kindle
Send yourself the EPUB with Send to Kindle (the app, the website or e-mail); Amazon converts it. Without the internet, copy the AZW3 by cable into the documents folder.
Kobo, PocketBook, Tolino
Copy the EPUB onto the reader by cable, or open it from its store or cloud.
Apple Books (e.g. iPad)
On an iPad or iPhone, tap the EPUB and open it in Apple Books. On Android (a phone or a tablet), open it in Google Play Books.
A note number opens the note; the small numbers in the overviews lead to the passage of the full text. Your reader's back button takes you back.
